Jeff and I are going camping for New Years so I thought I would give you a great camp fire recipe.
Hobo Dinner
What you need:
ground beef (not to lean)
Potatos choped in bite sized pieces
Carrots chped in bite sized pieces
Squash (only if you want)
1 tbsp Butter
Onion cut in small rings
Heavy Duty Foil
Salt and Pepper
What to do:
Add everything to foil packs and cook on either logs or charcoal. You want to let the fire burn out before putting the packs on the fire. You will want hot coals. Cook for 30-45 min or untill ground beef is fully cook and potatos are soft. Open foil and dump onto a plate or use the foil as your plate. Enjoy!
