COUCH TO 5 K

Hello my fello bloggers. I know its been a long time since my last post ( not that any one is reading this) but still. I am and always have been a little chunky. I dont cinsider my self fat. But, i am tired of just being chunky. So starting tomorrow i will be starting Couch to 5K. I know what your saying really Jessica 5K. Well yes! Im a little nervous just because i have some bad knees. But the way this program is it shouldnt effect my knees and when i get to running 3 miles my musles will be stronger and it will help. Ill keep all of you updated. I plan on getting up at 6 to start my workout. Wish me luck. Just in case i do actully have a reader ill post recipes that will go with the workouts. J
